Importing Use your browser's back button to return to the previous screen. Importing-Overseas ProductionBack to Top Get unique items available nowhere else and significant savings when we use our overseas resources to custom manufacture product to your exact specifications. For more information about these services, e-mail Imports@Worldwide-USA.com.
Overseas Sourcing Worldwide-USA has excellent overseas resources, so if you have enough lead time (minimum 60-120 days) and are ordering an appropriate volume, we can manufacture your order overseas at a considerable savings. Our overseas resources produce the same great quality product as what we source domestically and deliver reliably.
Most promotional products originate in China (by some accounts 75%). Most domestic manufacturer's decorate blank products that were made in China and imported.
Custom Merchandise Looking for something that doesn't exist? Even if what you want doesn't exist yet, we can help you make it. Worldwide-USA can manage the entire process, from developing specs to overnighting production samples so you're confident that the final product is exactly what you wanted.
What exactly is importing? Yes, something is being brought to the United States; which is true for the majority of all promotional merchandise, but there's much more to it than that
Worldwide-USA offers you a "one-stop-shop" for all your Overseas & Chinese product and production needs. With many ears of combined experience in both manufacturing and sourcing products made Overseas & in China, we feel we can provide you with uncompromising service and support. We are constantly working with hundreds of international companies around the world, helping them to either source Overseas products. Let us show you what we can do for your company! Typically we will only respond to quotes with a minimum order amount of $5,000 USD unless it is for a test run with a subsequent larger order for the actual production run, or a higher ticket item. The reason for this is, if you are looking for small quantities for a low priced item, you may find that clearing customs, duty, freight and wire transfer fees cost more than the item you are looking for.
Typically the minimum just to clear customs, duty, freight and wire transfer fees for lower quantities could exceed $300-$500, hence if you were bringing in an item that was $1.00 and you only wanted to import 300 pieces, then in this example the import cost would exceed the cost of the item you are importing. Obviously, for larger ticket items this import cost may be a smaller concern. Everything is in the details, which is exactly what we need from you. Here at Worldwide-USA we get hundreds of requests for Chinese made products ranging from something as simple as a keychain, to the highest quality 4-Color Imprinted products in the world today. Since we understand that for some of you this may be your first time trying to import a product from China, we are providing you with a few tips. This will better help us understand exactly what you are looking for and provide you with the most accurate and affordable pricing.
Give us a detailed description of exactly the item you are looking for. If you cannot describe it in words, then include pictures and/or drawings if possible. Do not give generic terms of what you are looking for. For example, don't just say, "I need pricing on a bag." This is a generic term, and in this instance there are many types of bags (i.e. lunch, insulated cooler, backpacks, equipment). In this case, it would be impossible for us to give you quote, but if you were to provide a picture or drawing of a Cooler Bag for instance and all of the details and specifications (material, dimensions, quantity, when needed) of exactly what you want, then we would have a starting point.
